2 Bed Duplex close to salford quays

I’ve managed to secure an apartment in Juniper House, Salford and will be moving in from the 12th November so looking for someone to rent the spare room.

I’ve actually lived in 2 apartments in this same building previously over the years so you get an idea of how much I love it.

2 bed duplex comprising entrance hall with separate second toilet, storage cupboard, and the spare room. Up the stairs leads you to the main shared bathroom, my room, kitchen/living/diner and balcony.

There is free parking for multiple cars, a 5/10 min walk to salford quays tram stop, 15 min walk into salford quays, underneath the apartment is a McColls, barbers, hairdressers, Greggs, cute boujee cafe and sunbed shop.

The apartment comes part furnished and I will be adding all my furnishings/crockery/pans/art/homey stuff to make it less of a standard rental.

I’ve previously lived in this building for over 6 years with a few different housemates. The beauty of it being a duplex is being able to spend time together and apart when desired and properly feel like you have your own space.

I’m 34, gay, work 8-6 mon-fri in the automotive industry, will be getting my ass back to the gym most mornings once I move back to the city, spend weekends split between occasional nights out, nights in or buggering off in the car for a hike etc. It’s my preference to live with another gay guy but isn’t necessarily a hard line if the right person shows interest and we get along!
