Hi! I’ve just reserved a stunning 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Potters, New Maker Yards by Get Living, and I’m looking for a fun, friendly, and professional flatmate to join me. The flat is modern, high-spec, and located in one of Manchester’s most exciting new neighbourhoods with fantastic amenities. About Me:
I’m a sales manager in digital marketing, with a busy work schedule that means I’m usually out of the flat from the afternoon until late evening. This leaves you with plenty of space during the day! I’m clean, respectful, and love to cook—so if you enjoy sharing meals, I’ll be happy to whip up something delicious. Outside of work, I’m into sports (cricket, basketball, and golf), Netflix, hiking, socialising, and exploring the city.

What I’m Looking for in a Flatmate:
I’m open to living with males or females, ideally professionals between 21-35, who are clean, respectful, and enjoy a balance between socialising and personal space. I love to hang out on weekends, whether it’s grabbing a drink or just chatting at home. If you value a friendly, laid-back living environment with access to premium amenities, we’ll get along great!

Room Options:
Room 1: Ensuite bedroom, private bathroom, and lots of natural light
Room 2: Spacious double bedroom, shared bathroom, cozy atmosphere
You’ll have the choice of either room depending on what suits you best—whoever is the right fit will get first pick, and I’ll happily take the other room!
