Looking for a friendly and sociable tenant to fill a cozy room in a shared house The room is a good size and features a large window looking into the back garden, a double bed, desk and some shelving storage. Does not include wardrobe, dresser or chair.

We are all young professionals, and enjoy going out & persuing our own personal hobbies. We’re a creative household so would be great to have someone like minded. We hang out together & cook/watch movies together frequently so are looking for someone who wants to become friends not just flatmates
