About our house 🏠
• Move in date - from 16th October
• 3 bedroom semidetached terrace house, 3 toilets (2 bathrooms)
You will be sharing a bathroom with myself
• We have a garden and a garden facing balcony (hoping to get some plants and flowers for both!)
• We have a dishwasher
• Amazing location on outskirts of Salford / Manchester: 10 minute walk from Spinningfields, 20 minutes from Market Street and 30 minutes from NQ
• Lots of cute cafes and restaurants really close by (Old fire station bakery, Procaffeinated, Porta tapas)
• Very spacious living space and bedroom, with big windows and lots of natural light
• We are searching for someone to commit to the rest of our 2 year lease with the landlord (we have been here 2 months already!)

About us 🌷
• We are 26 and 27, love doing anything wholesome like going out for brunch or dinner, crafts and sewing, hikes (Sakina is part of a hiking group), yoga, reading, swimming, as well as a night in watching a series or film! Not huge drinkers but we like going out for the odd drink and a boogie
• I am a primary school teacher and my housemate Sakina works in medical communications and WFH once a week
• We are both very clean and considerate housemates and would expect the same from you
• I am vegetarian and Sakina doesn’t really cook meat at home and we both love cooking, it would be great if you were also veggie or vegan but not a dealbreaker!

What we are looking for in a housemate 🌞
A housemate who is 25 + professional, friendly, clean, considerate (especially on week days as we love an early night in this house!)
If you are into wholesome activities like us you’ll fit right in!
Would be lovely to find a friend as well as a housemate too if we have similar interests
