Hi, looking for someone to take over my rent in an en-suite room for in the two-bedroom flat just in the heart of the city

I’m currently living in a 2-bed, 2-bath ensuite apartment in Salford, but I’ll be moving out soon so you’d be taking over my room just in the heart of the city from August 28th!
The apartment is right next to Salford Central train station and a 10min walk to Piccadilly gardens, very convenient location to various pubs and cafes, it also has an onsite gym for residents.
Rent is £682, wifi is free, electricity on average is £60 each, and water is on average £20 each, with council tax at about £102 each, every month.
The apartment is fully furnished with a TV in the living room. The kitchen has all essential equipment, including pots and pan
Your new flatmate is a male who works from home but sometimes goes to London for over a week. He is friendly, social, and easygoing.
He also really value respectful boundaries and understand when someone needs alone time in their room.
