En-suite room(bills-inclusive) city center

Hi, looking for someone to rent the spare en-suite room for a month in the two-bedroom flat just in the heart of the city.
The apartment is right next to Salford Central train station and a 10min walk to Picaddily gardens, very convenient location to various pubs and cafes.

You will be getting the ensuite room with your own private bathroom. The price is inclusive of all bills.

Duration is from November 28th till December 30th.

The apartment is fully furnished with a TV in the living room. The kitchen has all essential equipment, including pots and pans. There is a work-station that you are welcome to use.

You will be sharing the place with me, a data scientist, well organised, clean, tidy and, very friendly.

Would prefer someone who would be willing to pay the rent upfront on the day they move in. This is for a short term let only 😊
