Gorgeous double bedroom with private bathroom

Hey!
My gorgeous flat mate is moving back home November 15th. Leaving a double bedroom, with your own bathroom available to rent.

After much considering, and flat viewings, I’ve realised that this flat is just too good to let go! It really does have it all.

The apartment is spacious, with a long corridor, the bedrooms are off set to the kitchen and living room, meaning it offers so much privacy for both tenants.

It has a huge kitchen, with large fridge, utility room, large corner balcony over looking the river (so no one looking into you)

I would have the en suite, but you have a big bathroom with a bath!

I have a car so will be paying for parking, but it’s super Easy to get a spot.

This will be a carefully considered tenant! I am a full time working professional and so I am not looking for someone who will be a party animal. I take pride in my belongings and the flat, so ideal want someone who will likewise respect the apartment.
