I’m looking to buddy up with a working professional for a 2 bedroom apartment I’ve put an application in for.
Ideally someone who can start an application process as soon as possible for a November move in.
Application requirement is must be a working professional with a minimum salary of £19,000 to fit the minimum household income requirement. Student and guarantors are not accepted for this development. Minimum lease is 12 months.
The property is part of a Passivhaus apartment development. This is a certified building design that means that the property is extremely energy efficient which is good for the winter months and keeping energy bills low as possible.
The property comes unfurnished, but I would look to furnish it. I first need to find someone to complete the application after which I’d start furnishing. If you have your own furniture for your bedroom that would work as well. But for shared areas I would fulfil that.
About me, I work in in sustainability in the property sector. I work full time, 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. I also work on the weekends for another job, so you would have the apartment to yourself for the most part. As I’d be living there for work and the remainder I’d be travelling and staying with family.
I’m looking for someone trustworthy and reliable that is able to commit to 12 months. I would be setting up the water, electricity, council tax and internet accounts.
Estimation for the bills:
Water: £35 direct debit
Elec: £70 direct debit
Council tax: £172 direct debit
Internet: £50 estimated direct debit
= £327 (estimated split in two: £164)
