Room available for rent end of Dec/start of Jan

Looking for someone to replace my room tenancy from December (room available from the 23/12 however January rent is not paid until the 02/01) due to moving back home. Currently have two other housemates living here. The location is a 10 minute walk from Spinningfields, 15 minutes from Deansgate train station and 5 minutes from Regent Retail Park. You will be sharing the main bathroom with one other girl.

We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful of the shared spaces and sociable. The girls work work full time hours but enjoy spending time watching Netflix or chatting in the evenings. They would like someone who can be social whilst also respecting each others space.

Bills are normally between £100-150 per month and are not included in the monthly rent.
