I am moving out of this 3 bed flat to move in with my girlfriend, so looking for someone who can take over my part of the tenancy quite imminently - with an aim to move in from the end of December/start of January (but just to stress - before 14 January which is when the rent payment for that month would go out).
I live with two of my childhood friends who are friendly professionals called John and Obed. We like to hang out, play games but also respect eachother’s space and downtime.
We are the first tenants to move into this lovely, spacious flat that has a generously sized living room / kitchen space where we like to hang out and watch movies :)
The flat itself is a 15 minute walk into the city centre and neighbours the beautiful Peel Park and the River Irwell (for all you keen runners, this is a picturesque route for your Saturday 5k!)
Post your hypothetical 5k, there are also a plethora of pubs to wash down your thirst (the New Oxford, Old Pint Pot are favourites) as well as new and trendy brunch spots (The Fire Station do excellent pancakes!) and these are not far from the flat.
You will be renting the largest double bedroom complete with its own exclusive en-suite with a heated towel rail. I have attached photos of it currently and just when I moved in and it comes with a cupboard, chest of drawers and two side drawers.
On the roof, there is a terrace where you can catch the sunset and soak up the panoramic views. I have posted pictures of this too for reference.
Electric, water, wifi and council tax are already set up. You will pay approximately £110pcm on top of the rent which will include all of these (£710pcm total)
Flat is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upon moving in, I would also ask for you to pay my part of the deposit which is £600.
