Due to a change in circumstances, my current flatmate has had to move back home (abroad) on November 1st. As a result, I’m looking for someone to take over his tenancy for our flat in XQ7 apartments (Salford Quays).

The flat includes a pretty spacious living room/kitchen area with an TV and a spacious shared bathroom. The flat also comes with a large balcony - but this is currently unavailable due to cladding works on the building taking place. The council tax is band C (£208 in total at the moment - £104 each). Parking is also generally available in the buildings gated car park for ~£50 a month.

The flat borders onto the Exchange Quay tram stop which means there are great transport links (only 10-15 minutes to the city centre). The flats only a short walk from Old Trafford and Media City. There’s also a puregym about a 30 second walk to the flat, and various shops/takeaways only a short walk away.
