This is a bright and spacious flat in a great location. I am seeking a responsible tenant to enjoy this cosy space and to treat it like their own home until mid-to-late January.

The property is furnished and benefits from a balcony, parking, and garden access. There are links to the tram and local buses.

Despite being so close to the city centre, the area is quiet, with a mixture of professionals, families and students. You can walk into the city centre and you'll also be close to a huge Sainsbury's superstore, a retail park, some corner shops, restaurants and fast food places too. Cornbrook tram station is a 10 minute walk away. The communal outdoor space is lovely and grassy - a great place to socialise.

This short term tenancy will be facilitated by an agency/contract and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (DPS).

All bills are included in the monthly rent.
