Heya! I'm looking for a flatmate to hopefully move into this flat with!

Downtown Building on the 7th floor.
It's a double room with an en suite, 2 bed side tables and 1 big wardrobe, rent is £650 and bills total to around £800 per month per person.

There is 24hr Concierge and the building comes with a gym, sauna, and steam room, as well as a Co working space and entertainment suite.
