Local Crescent is a modern luxe development in Salford (M5), about 15/20 mins walk from Manchester City Centre. It boasts a wealth of communal amenities including a pool and spa (currently closed for maintenance), residents working/lounge areas, cinema rooms and a fully equipped gym. There’s a roof terrace and a concierge too!
The apartment itself is fully furnished and has a generously sized open plan living room and fitted kitchen (with all built in appliances).
There’s two identically seized bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms and a private balcony.
It’s up on the 10th floor with nice views toward Salford quays and greater Manchester.
The bedroom on offer is a large, fully furnished room with built in wardrobes and a private en suite bathroom.
There is NO PARKING with the apartment. There are limited on street options available though.
You’ll be taking over my half of the tenancy, which is available from 12th January 2025, with 6 months remaining on the existing tenancy agreement.
There is likely to be an option to extend at the end of the existing term.
The apartment has been my home for the last 3.5 years and I’ve absolutely loved living here. It’s a great base for a young working professional and has everything you need to feel instantly settled!
Unfortunately, due to a change in personal circumstances I sadly have to leave.
Your flatmate (David) is really friendly and super easy going, he’s clean, tidy and very respectful of your space.
He moved into the apartment in July 2024 and is keen to have a good friendship with whoever takes my room.
It’s an LGBTQ+ friendly apartment, so all are welcome!
Rent share is £700 per calendar month
Council tax - £76.50per month
Internet - £15per month
Electric - currently £40per month
Bills can fluctuate. The above is based on the current running costs.
The apartment is rented through a Leeds based letting agent, so there will be referencing checks involved with any application. I kindly ask that you do not apply if you have any adverse credit/active CCJs etc.
Qualifying criteria: You’ll most likely need to be earning a minimum of 30 x the rent share (min annual income £21,000) and have been with your current employer for minimum 6 months.
If you don’t meet the above, you’ll need to provide a guarantor who earns min 36 x rent share.

In person viewings are available on weekdays only, evenings preferred.
