Hello ladies.

I have one double room with a private bathroom available to rent in a clean, quiet and cat loving two bedroom flat in a fantastic, central Manchester location.

I am 33 year old professional, working in Manchester City centre. I am quiet and clean person who loves yoga, exercise, outdoors and pets. I do have a beautiful British Short hair cat so LIKING CATS IS A MUST!!!

Flat is located on a ground floor in a gated building complex. The living room is joint with a kitchen and is located between the rooms (both with a bathroom for its own) making them very private. The room itself is quite spacious and furnished with a double bed, small wardrobe, night stand with drawers and a cube shelve unit. It was just repainted so it is nice and fresh for new tenant. The bathroom itself is large and has a large bath with shower. You will also have have your own small fridge with a freezer.

Private parking space in a gated parking is available for additional fee.

I am looking for a professional, WOMAN PREFERABLY!!! 30+

I am sociable and wouldn't mind making friends but that is not a dealbreaker as long as you are respectful and tidy after yourself. You will also have to love cats as I do have very shy and quiet British Shorthair who means a world to me.
