is on the first floor in a block of apartments close to the Sainsbury’s on regent road (less than a 5 minute walk)
The flat has recently been renovated with a new bathroom and white goods (oven, fridge and washing machine) in the kitchen. The kitchen looks onto a rather substantial balcony with a table and chairs perfect for the afternoon sun.
It’s situated just outside town on the castlefield and takes about 30 minutes to walk into the centre of town.
The room is £575 and bills will be share between the flatmates (which are roughly 150£ each) for electricity, water, internet and council tax.
The flat has warm and homely feel and is furnished. Deposit is £575.

Hi I’m Jennifer, I’ve lived in the flat for 5 years and will soon be making the move to London so my room in this flat is becoming available at the end of November. My flatmate Flo is looking for a new flatmate.

Hello, I’m Flo, I’m 28 and looking for a fellow working professional to share this 2 bed flat with me! My hobbies/interests include music and going to gigs, socialising with friends, board games, reading, crocheting, horse-riding and hiking. While I do like going out for drinks sometimes, my general vibe is far more ‘wholesome granny’ than party person 😂. I work as a teacher so during term time I’m up early and in bed very early. I tend to keep to myself in the evenings to recharge my social batteries after a full day, but it would be lovely to have dinner together or watch a film together sometimes. Looking for a housemate at a similar life stage who is respectful, communicative and clean.

The flat is calm and peaceful environment we keep it clean and are respectful of each others space and sleep schedules. So if you’re a considerate person we’d love to hear from you.
