Top Floor Enclosed Ensuite Room for Rent

I have an en-suite room to rent in my 3 bed semi within the Castle Irwell development. I have lived here for over 3 years and I'm now looking for someone to move in with me.

The house is over three floors and the room for rent is a fully-furnished top-floor room with its own ensuite, and the door to the stairs is on the first floor, so the room would be entirely your space.

You would be sharing with a 35 y/o gay guy, and a sparky 1 year old Corgi named Cal.

I am looking for someone who wants a balance of being sociable with a housemate but also appreciates and is happy with alone time. I enjoy a good glass of wine (or two...) on the occasional evening, or at the weekend, as well as cooking and going for walks with Cal. Must be dog friendly and enjoy being around dogs as Cal is a very playful pup who will undoubtedly want to give you attention.

I am entirely remote, so ideally this would be more suited to someone who isn't working from home all the time as the third bedroom is my study space. There is plenty of room to work on the kitchen table and if needed a small table could be sourced for the bedroom.

Note that the room is currently undergoing renovations on the balcony doors, hence the wall colour and the slight clutter at the bottom of the stairs and its storage in the video, but these are due to be completed this week (w/c 18/11). Will update photos once done.
