Double Room Available!

Hi, I'm moving in the next two weeks and am looking for someone to take my room.

It's a double room in a semi-detached house just over the border into Salford, 10 minutes walk from Salford Central, 25 minutes walk from Manchester city centre. The price is pretty mad for what you get, especially with parking, the garden, and the size of the bedroom. I should mention that it's possible the price might go up, we've had no mention of it but based on what happened last time it might rise to £500pcm, but that's still low.

Flatmate is a lovely guy, I've been here over a year with no issues and I'm only moving now because I've had friends move up from London. Neighbours are also great, zero complaints.

Only real caveat is the length of the tenancy, as the landlord has mentioned selling at some point. You'd be guaranteed six months, though, it's just unclear where they'll wanna go from there.
