Stunning Two Bed Flat Near Regents Sainbsbury's

Thanks for taking the time to review my advert. My names Josh and I've secured a furnished skyline apartment in the popular Makers Market location right near the Regent Road Sainsburys (Central Manchester City Centre Salford Location), this means it's a twenty minute walk into the popular Manchester City Centre.

The room is available from the 02nd of January 2025 as this coincides with my current tenancy ending.

About myself, I work in the office five days a week and to be honest I'd be only really looking for someone else with a similar setup unless they were willing to only use Makers Market working from home communal areas which are pretty nice to be fair, similar to a modern library setup with booths and lovely seating areas all decked out.

The Bills:-
£785.00 (per person rent)
£86.00 (per person Council tax C)
WiFi Included In Rent (Hyper Optic 1 GB Fibre)
Gas and Electric (£70 pers person maybe less as it's an Eco apartment really high up so warmer)

I'm very relaxed to live with, I've had numerous flat mates over the years and many are still good friends (guys and girls). I work really hard and I'm barely at home in the week so I'd be looking for someone who just wants to wind down in the weekday evenings generally speaking, I'd be looking for a quiet-ish roommate and not a party flat.

That being said, I am up for being mates with someone and I am friendly and chatty. I have a video of the skyline view with the balcony of the flat as it's really high up and nice(I can email over).
