Furnished, two bedroom flat in the Maritime Court, Dock 5 Complex in Salford. The apartment building comes with a gym, a co-working space and cinema rooms. There are also parcel lockers to safely keep your deliveries.

You would be moving into my bedroom which is a really generous sized double with a large window. I am moving out because I was offered a job in London so moving down South for this reason.

There is a really nice courtyard which our flat looks into. Open plan kitchen and living room which you would share with my flatmate.

Shared bathroom (tub and shower) with my flatmate as well.

Everything comes fully furnished so what you see in the photos furniture wise will be there.

Short walk away from a shopping complex that has Sainsbury’s, Boots, TK Maxx etc. Also close to the Exchange Quay tram stop. I walk from the flat to work in Spinningfields and this takes me about 18 mins and is a nice walk along the canal :)

My flatmate is a working professional who works from home 4/5 times out of the week- but it’s ok if you work from home too.
