I need someone to take over my tenancy for me as I need to move away for work. The flat is great, the landlord is very quick to fix or mend anything.
My flatmate is lovely, couldn’t ask for a better friend seriously, they will do anything for anyone, they are non binary and is a massive nerd, they love all things technology and sci fi. With that being said they are a full time student and also works a lot. They are very respectful of your space and time if you are shy or anything.
