A room in a shared 2b2b apartment to let coz my current flatmate is moving out. It is situated 10mins walk from arndale and the apartment has its own common room and gym.
Bills will be around 50-60p per person per month, council tax 105p per person per month.
Looking for a flatmate to share, preferably a professional but students welcome if u are willing to share 1/4 of the council tax (50p per month). In my free time, i do sports, explore the city area and read. I have a boyfriend who might come around from time to time, this might be a consideration for u before deciding to rent, but i am happy to have a conversation about it and make adjustments according to your expectation.
