I am looking for a flatmate to take the En Suite Double room in this two bed, two bath flat.
About the Flat:
There is a fully furnished open plan living room/kitchen with modern appliances including a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The balcony overlooks an internal courtyard and is great to sit on to work/enjoy a drink in the warmer months.
The flat is located just across the river from Aviva Studios and really close to the Sainsbury’s on Regent Road. The development has a coffee shop, Co-Op, and Seven Brothers Beerhouse with more to open soon when the next stage of the development opens.
About the Room:
The room comes furnished with a King Size bed and two bedside tables. There is a double wardrobe inbuilt as well as in built shelves. The bathroom features a rainfall shower as well as generous storage behind the mirrors.
About the Flatmate:
I’m Kyle, a 27 year old IT consultant. I work from home, typically in the shared space, so am looking for someone comfortable with that. I occasionally travel to London for work.
I enjoy cooking/baking, reality TV, and the really good beer house on the development so hoping to find a similarly aged professional that will enjoy the same!
Bills:
Bills roughly are coming to around £200pppm atm
The flat is Salford Council Tax Band C
About the Tenancy:
The tenancy currently runs until August 20th but I will be looking to extend. The landlord/management company requires you pass referencing checks before renting:
- Employment with a Base Salary 35x an equal share of rent (£780): £27,300
- Credit score of Good or Excellent
- A valid Passport or National Identity card
- A recent Proof of Address
Potential additional Documents - if you require any additional documents allowing you to study or work in the UK such as: residence card, indefinite leave to remain, biometric immigration documents they will need to validate and certify this document as well.
