Medium sized room for rent

Hi!

My flatmate is leaving on the 9th Feb and I need to find a flatmate to fill the room.

I've been living here for a year and a half and I quite like it. The rent has gone up to £1150 and it will be £575 p/m each of us.

The room is mid size with a double bed. The bottom of the bed has 4 reasonable sized drawers and the room also comes with a chest of drawers and a bedside table.

The living room is shared and you will have your own bathroom (with a bathtub)

Bills don't come too high but we are paying so far nearly £130 each month each of us (CT is £172 band C, Elect. £130, water £40 and internet £35. This is an approximate)

I would like to share with someone that enjoys chilled evenings and is into boardgames and books as I am quite laid back but I respect if you want your space.
