Lovely 3-bed on the edge of Salford :)

I am yet to get pictures because I'm home for Christmas hehe but I'll add them when I have them !! Also the price will probs go up but this is the current price, they're yet to get back to me !

My current flatmates are moving out on 1st Feb so I am looking for 2 new flatmates to move in - both rooms share the main bathroom (the other bedroom has an en-suite).

I've been in one of the non-masters this year and sharing the bathroom has been sound lol - the bedrooms themselves are lovely too ! one is kinda bigger than the other so we can always re-jig the monthly rent split if you guys want to.

I'm looking for relatively clean, LGBTQ+ friendly people who are up for a chat in the shared lounge/kitchen and want to be friends :) I like a natter and watching stuff in the lounge but also have my PS set up in my room and equally enjoy my own time.
