Large double room available in a 2 bed flat. The room is fully furnished and has an en suite with a toilet, sink and shower. The flat is on the 1st floor and has a kitchen, dining table and living room with 2 sofas. It's a quiet flat as the windows all look out onto the car park. The other tenant is a really lovely girl in her 20s and she has a lovely cat living in the property. Located on Regent road next to Mcdonalds, 20-30 minute walk into town so really central. 5 minute walk away from a shopping park with a big sainsbury's, JD gym, and lots of other shops. The flat has 1 parking space included in an electric gated car park. Looking for a female flatmate to take over my tenancy which lasts until 26th August 2025. Only leaving as I'm relocating. Pets accepted.
