Double room with en suite to rent

hello! i am in need of someone who would want to move in in january as my flat mate is moving out. i will have a spare room in my flat in salford (25 min walk from manchester victoria station/10 minute bus). i work in spinningfields and i walk there in 20 mins, or it takes 15 mins when im on the bus and walking! rent will be £575 and bills are pretty decent for the flat and the location. its a two bedroom with two ensuites. i will attach the video i have of the room, and the video of the flat is from when we first moved in but it is more homely now. i have an old cat too so looking for someone who likes cats but not someone who has one unfortunately 💔 message me and get to know me if you're interested! i would love to make a good friend out of this, someone who enjoys the gym/running/brunch/chill evenings in✨🍒❤️
