I currently live with 2 girls that I’ve been friends with ever since 1st year Uni, so about 7 years! We’ve lived together in Manchester (technically Salford as it’s M5) for just over 2 years but I’m now looking at moving into a 1 bed for my own space so trying to find a new housemate for them!
They’re both 25, called Beth and Meg. One works as an Audit Associate and the other works for a marketing agency.
The flat is a 3 bed and my room is the larger of the 3, which also has an en-suite. You could easily fit a desk in it (as I have) but the block also has 2x communal WFH spaces, as well as a gym and cinema room and large courtyard. The rent is about £580 and with bills I pay £745 each month, and it’s quite a big flat so defo value for money. It’s in a development called Dock 5.
I’m looking at moving out the end of Jan (around the 24th) so would be looking for someone to move in ideally week commencing 27th (latest by 1st Feb).
Beth and Meg are both extremely chilled - they enjoy going to the gym, socialising, after work drinks, cooking together (if you like) but also spending time apart. They both work 3 days in the office.
Parking is not available with this flat. We have 1 space already which Meg has her car in and unfortunately we can’t have more than 1 space per apartment. There is on street parking within 5 minute walks around the flat for visitors.
