Spacious double room in 3 bed apartment

Our lovely flatmate is moving out at the end of Sept, so we’re looking for someone to take their place in our flat in Dock 5 (Salford, M5).

The available room is a furnished double bedroom and you’d be sharing a bathroom with one person (myself), the building also has two coworking spaces, a gym, a cinema room, and a courtyard. The flat is located between Spinningfields & MediaCity - Cornbrook and Exchange Quay tram stops are the nearest to us (only about a 10/15 min walk) and it’s also a nice walk into town.

Rent is ~ £703 a month inc bills, no parking space is inc but there is free road side parking a 5-10 minute walk away!

A little about us: I work in risk consulting while Jessie works in videography. We both split our time between working from home and in the office/client site during the week. Outside of work, we enjoy the gym, catching up over food or drinks, binging netflix and cooking.

We’re looking for someone easygoing and friendly to move in, ideally late Sept/early Oct.
