Spacious en-suite room in 3 bed apartment

Our flatmate is moving out at the end of Jan, so we’re looking for someone to take their place in our flat in Dock 5 (Salford, M5).

The available room is the biggest in the flat and comes with its own en-suite bathroom. There’s plenty of room for a desk if you wfh, but the building also has two coworking spaces, a gym, a cinema room, and a courtyard. Rent is around £745 a month inc bills.

A little about us: We’re both from manchester originally but became good friends while studying at Leeds University. I now work in risk consulting, while Meg works in marketing. We both split our time between the office and working from home during the week. Outside of work, we enjoy the gym, catching up over food or drinks, binging netflix and cooking.

We’re looking for someone easygoing and friendly to move in, ideally late Jan/early February.
