Double room available from February

Hi, looking for someone to move into my room from February.
The property is a three bedroom flat on the fifth floor which includes a large shared living room-kitchen area. There is also a balcony and white goods within the flat.
The room contains a king size bed with two bedside tables and a double wardrobe. TVs can also be secured to the wall in the room. The bathroom is shared with one other room and includes a bath-shower and plenty of storage.
The flat is right on the outskirts of city centre and is a five minute walk from a large supermarket, JD gym and other shops. There is also a parcel room for deliveries, a communal study area with coffee shop and a pub directly next to the building.
Specific move in date isn’t yet confirmed however hoping to be the beginning of February.
