Spacious Double Room with Own Bathroom

I am subleasing my room whilst I am away for work. 15 minutes walk to Spinningfields. 6 minutes walk to Sainsbury’s. This unit is a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. My flatmate has the en-suite room and the room up for rent has a bathroom just outside the room.

Rent is inclusive of bills, including the cleaning services. Cleaners come in once every 2 weeks.

My flatmate is a friendly, young professional. We are looking for someone who needs a short term rent and will be respectful of the apartment.

The sofa bed seen in the room photo (next to clothing cupboard) is no longer there, hence there is more free space within the room. There is a TV in the living room and the kitchen is fully equipped.
