* Shared living room/kitchen/dining area which includes fridge, freezer, dishwasher and oven.

* Flat managed by agents - Savills
* Rent for full flat is £1300pcm so that is a £650 split.
* Deposit amount is £722
* Bills (electric, water, WiFi, council tax) are around £200 per month on top of rent.
* Flat is located opposite regent road retail park which includes; Sainsbury’s, JD, JD Gym Salford, home bargains etc
* Aviva studios is a 5 min walk from the flat and then spinningfields is a 10 min walk from the flat

I am an outgoing person who works full time and is studying a degree part time. I enjoy going out for food, socialising and going to the gym in my spare time.
