3rd flatmate wanted

Hi!
Looking for a third flatmate to join us, as one of our current flatmates is moving out.

The room has a big bed, built in wardrobe and floor to ceiling window. You will have access to a shared bathroom alongside myself, as the other room has its own en suite. There is also a large shared living space and balcony.

Looking for someone who is down to earth, friendly, and who can keep the shared areas relatively clean.

We both work in Manchester 9-5, although I sometimes work from home.
