Hello! Our flatmate is moving out of our flat in Salford, Manchester and we're currently looking for someone to take over the tenancy, ideally someone in a 9-5 job due to rigorous referencing requirements.

Alex works in tech, and works hybrid between office and home, and Poppy works in hospitality. Alex works partly in the office and partly from home, Poppy works late nights often but the latest coming home is around midnight, and goes straight to bed. We both like to have friends round for games nights and occasionally host parties in the flat. We're looking for an easygoing, tidy and sociable person who would enjoy socialising with us on such occasions.

Our flat is in Salford, near AO arena and Blackfriars pub, M3 postcode. It is a 20 minute walk from Piccadilly gardens.
Rent is £1550 a month, with the two bedrooms sharing a bathroom paying £508. We split bills evenly between us, which comes out roughly at £150 each (council tax band is C). Great price for Manchester!

The bedroom has a double bed, and is big enough for a desk if you need to work from home. Large shared living room space with kitchen and Juliet balcony. There is a separate small room off the hallway with a washing machine and general storage space.

Once we have conducted viewings and finalised someone to move in, anything regarding the contract will be done through our letting agent. Please note the referencing company only accepts employment with a yearly salary, so if you're on a 0 hour contract it won't be suitable.
