Two double rooms in Salford

We are saying goodbye to our lovely flatmates Sam and Lei and are looking for two people to move in from 10th August. Currently living here is Ella and Ethan and we are both professionals working in creative and retail industries.

We all get on well in the house and enjoy hanging out watching tv/cooking/cinema on occasion and are looking for someone who wants something similar and is friendly & sociable.

The rooms available are ground floor and 1st floor both with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and shelves. There is a shared kitchen and living room as well as a small garden out back. The house is located on iconic coronation street and is a short walk from local shops, gym and transport and is 30 mins ish walk into town.

Bills & council tax come to roughly £150 and is sorted out by ourselves.
