1 Double Room En-suite

Double room fully furnished with your own en-suite that has a shower/bath, done to a high spec!

The building is a 10 minute walk from cornbrook tram station and a 5 minute walk to regents retail park that has a Sainsburys, JD/JD gym, boots, home bargains and TK max. There is a lush pub and a coop at the end of the street.

The building has a gym, sauna, steam room, entertainment suite, business room and a rooftop terrace (they provide bean bags and sun loungers in the top floor store room, the apartment is always so bright and feels open with the most gorg view (my fave part).

You will be replacing my bestie who is leaving to the outskirts of manny! I’ve lived here a year and Im renewing my tenancy 🫶🏼 It’s my room on the advert but the rooms are exactly the same - apart from the fact you have a floor to ceiling window. There is a double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe🤍

About your housemate:
I’m a 27 year old recruitment associate who is out of the house most days from 5am-6pm if I don’t do a late gym sesh. I love socialising and relaxing, hiking and the odd night out 🤍

My expectations/rules:
I am a clean freak. But I won’t clean up after you, we’re grown now and I’m no one’s mama ✌🏼if I’ve left the flat clean I expect it the same state after you’ve cooked ect. If we’re having people over (friends/partners) we both ask the other out of respect as sometimes people just want an early night/chill 🤍✨ I love my own space but would enjoy a woman a similar age who wouldn’t mind having tea the odd night or a film and wine night ✨ and to become a friend above all else ✨
