Most of the housemates are from outside the area and have moved here to not only make new friends but to get to know their new town. Their professions range from A Quantity Surveyor and Buyer to a Pharmacist and NHS staff. And now they’re looking for a new fabulous housemate to make their house a complete home again.
THE BORING STUFF:
• £300 deposit is registered with the government approved Deposit Protection Service
• £670 pcm rent payable in advance
• It is Council tax band F (but all your bills are included)
• Weekly Cleaner for all communal areas
• Gardener and Window Cleaner
