Hiya, I'm looking to find a replacement to move into my room as I'm leaving due to a change in circumstances, but I absolutely love the room, the flat, and Middlewood Locks as a whole.

It's near the canal, but alongside the flat, you also get access to the co-working space, club room, and more.

The room has a double bed, a huge double wardrobe, storage cupboard with shelves and two bedside tables. It also has an ensuite bigger than any you'd get in a hotel, with a waterfall shower and a bath. There's also a desk in the room if you'd like to keep that.

The kitchen and living room are open plan with large windows too so it's great for natural light.

The current flatmate who you'll be sharing with is a lovely 28 year old female who works remotely, and at a restaurant on Fridays and Saturdays, so you'll often get the place to yourself on those evenings. She also has a cat called Dexter who is never short of entertainment!

She enjoys both chilling watching TV and socialising and is super clean. Looking for a female around this age with a similar lifestyle who's also respectful of each other's space.

The rent is £735.25 with bills usually around £150 including council tax.

It's honestly the best area in Manchester, it has such a community feel that you don't realise you're in the city, but it's just a 10 minute walk to Spinningfields, or Deansgate Castlefield tram stop. There's a co op nearby, but you're also five minutes from the huge Sainsburys at Regent Retail Park.
