I’m hoping to find a housemate who is clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I’d love someone sociable and friendly but who also enjoys their own space and downtime. The house has a really nice calm, clean and relaxed vibe, so I would love to find someone who would appreciate this!

Rent: £575 per month (without bills)
£715 with rent + bills included.(bills approx £140 pm)

The room is bright and spacious with plenty of storage. It has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers + built in wardrobe/storage space.

The house is a short distance to Buille Hill Park + supermarkets Tesco, Aldi + lidl.

1.1 miles to Media City
0.9 miles to Broadway Tram Stop

I am a 32 year old working professional in the fashion, tv + advertising industry. I like to keep my space both clean and tidy. Im usually working but in my spare time I like to go the gym, go on walks, try new foods, coffee dates + spend time with friends and family.
Im pretty laid back, equal parts introvert/extrovert - I like to socialise but also appreciate spending time alone.
