Single room available for Female professional/stud

Hey there !

Currently looking for a working professional (FEMALE preferred) to rent a single room in my 2 bed rented apartment (ideally aged between 25-35 )

You will have access to your own bathroom (toilet, sink and bath , mirror and shelf) however the shower is shared in the other bathroom.

Single bedroom comes unfinished with the option of a chest of drawers and a floor to ceiling clothing rail that you can use.

Apartment is kept cosy clean and tidy, great location , includes a private parking space , 10 minutes drive from Victoria train station/city centre, 3 minutes drive to Salford Uni , close to bus stop ,supermarkets, pure gym and a park.

Im a freelancer so my work schedule varies each week,  I may be home quite often but also spend time at the gym or out with friends and family.

This apartment would be great for another professional who is tidy, has their own routine and respects each others privacy/down time

Available from mid - April

£600 pm (includes water, wifi, electricity)

1 months rent + £400 security deposit
