Double en-suite room in Ordsall

Hey hey, we have a double en-suite room available in a 3 floor, 3 bedroom house in Ordsall available 1st February for £485 p/m without bills (potential to move in mid Jan upon arrangement with existing housemate).

The house is located just behind Ordsall park, a 10 minute walk to both Salford Quays tram stop/Media City and Regent road. Room comes fully furnished as pictured, minus the office desk and chair with your own en-suite bathroom on the top floor. Garage available for storage and free parking space in driveway. Big terrace at back of house too.

Bills come to around £180 p/m including gas, electric, water, tv license, council tax and wifi so all in around £665. There’s a Tesco express within a 10 minute walk and Morrisons local within a 5 minute walk with good connections to the city centre via tram.

We’re looking for someone who works full time i. e no students and is clean and tidy (we do hold each other to account if it gets grim). We’re both quite sociable but like our own space so often catch up at the weekends and either chill at home or go out for a drink. Both me and my housemate are LGBTQ+ so you would also have to be comfortable with that. We do like to listen to music a lot and the house can sometimes be noisy so if you’re noise sensitive it might not be the best fit for you - just don’t want anyone to be uncomfortable! We also work hybrid so are out 3 days a week and WFH two days a week.
