Hi,

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I'm looking to move on the 5th May. It's a gorgeous property and my flatmate is so lovely (I'm moving in with my boyfriend which is the only reason to end the tenancy).

The apartment is located on floor 8 & You have your own balcony and a gym within the building, plus numerous coworking pods and private dining. There's a parcel room and 24/7 conceirge. You're just minutes away from Spinningfields. A small Sainsbury's is just on the corner for any convenience shopping. Wi-Fi is included, water is £58 a mth, electric £92 (which will go down in summer) and council tax is £156 (discounted) (and this is all together)

My flatmate is neat and tidy and is a great person as she's easy to get on with. She's a Physician Associate Student and is a very hard worker. I've included a picture of my lovelyyyy flatmate. You'll 100% get on with her :)

The tenancy is until November 2026, however there's a 2 month notice period if you both wish to terminate early.
