Double Bedroom with Main Bathroom in Salford M5

Hi, my previous flatmate moved out with her boyfriend. So, I’m looking for a new long-term flatmate to move in. The new tenancy starts on 9th June. We need to go through a few checks and sign the contract with the agent together, safe and secure.

I have been living here for over two years. It’s a nice and affordable flat compared to the flats nearby. The bills and Band B council tax approximately are £150 per person. The flat is 20-25 mins walk away from the Manchester City Center and 10mins walk from a big Sainsbury’s.

I’m working as admin in an education consulting company, 5 days a week in the office. So, you will have plenty of room if you work from home.

I’m easy to go with and happy to hang out together for hiking or brunch or just chilling at home. I love cooking and would like to share Chinese food with you if you are interested. Hope we can be friends.
