Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in a modern 3-bed flat at Middlewood Locks end of May/beginning of June. The tenancy runs until the end of October 2025, but there’s an option to renew if you’d like to stay longer.

The room is bright, fully furnished, and has loads of storage. You’d be sharing a bathroom with just one other person. The flat has a spacious shared living room, kitchen, and a sunny outdoor patio/balcony area.

The building also includes:

• 92 Degrees coffee shop on site (with 15% off for residents!)

Location:
A 5 minute walk to a retail park with a big sainsburys and JD gym. Around 15 minutes’ walk to Deansgate and 20-25 minutes to the city centre.

Rent is £700/month (bills around £50 extra).

The two other girls in the flat are also moving out and looking for replacements, so there are other rooms available if you’re searching with friends — or just this room if you’re looking solo! It will not be your responsibility to find new tenants, we are all looking for young professionals to move in, and to make sure that everyone is happy.
