The room comes fully furnished with a private bathroom, double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe space, and plenty of natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows.

The room also comes with a car space in a locked underground garage

The flat is generously sized (and much bigger than it looks in photos!), with a great amount of space and I've taken care with plants, paintings and nice furnishing throughout. The communal living space is open-plan and well looked after. All furniture in these areas will stay, making it easy to settle in. These will include 55" ambilight TV, dishwasher, air fryer, two sofas, new dining table and chairs, plants, rowing machine, picture frames, large mirrors, board games and good lighting throughout!

You’d be sharing with me – I’m 32, work from home, and split my time between my room and the living space. I’m friendly and relaxed, into board games (welcome to use and play), MtG, walking, restaurants/bars, and catching up with friends :) I appreciate a tidy, friendly environment and think it’s important to balance time together with giving each other space. I'd like someone who joins in on games or is respectful of the times I'll be playing with friends. I'm gay, so it's important to me that whoever moves in is LGBTQ+ or fully welcoming and respectful of that.

Strong preference for someone who also works from home and can share the space during the day
