Room in lovely 2 bed house with parking and garden

I have a large room available in a house near Salford Quays from January as my current housemate is moving out. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished. I can arrange for simple furnishings if required ! There is an open planned kitchen and living room, bathroom with separate toilet and a nice garden. we are close to public transport (bus and tram) about 5 minutes walk away. We have a driveway and there is also on street parking available. The place is available for 6 months, after which I will likely be moving out of the city, but if it suits you can stay when I leave!

I am 27 (she/her) living here with my cat Remy who is very friendly. I work in the NHS so sometimes slightly strange hours! I am vegetarian and I love cooking - I also like crochet, music and collecting things from charity shops.

Bills are about 180pm including council tax.
