Welcome to my home!
This is a cosy 2-bed flat I’ve lived in for a few years now. It’s safe, quiet, and up on the 6th floor (there are two lifts). The building faces away from main roads, so there’s barely any noise - perfect for switching off after a busy day.

About me:
I’m a gay guy in his 30s - easygoing, respectful, and like to keep the flat calm and comfortable. I’m sociable, but also enjoy personal space and downtime. Looking for someone chill, tidy-ish, and LGBTQ+ friendly, whether you’re gay, straight, trans, bi or anything else - just be sound and respectful, and we’ll get on fine 😊

The area’s got loads going on nearby:

• Lidl – 3 min walk
• Chapel Street bars & restaurants – 5 min walk
• Salford Central Station – 5–10 min walk
• Peel Park – 5–10 min walk
• Deansgate / Spinningfields – 10 min walk
• Sainsbury’s (Regents Rd) – 15 min walk
• McDonald's delivery – 5 mins (very dangerous)
• M60/M62 – 3–5 min drive
• Loads of bus stops right outside
• Lime scooters - 2x locations on our doorstep

The room (available from December onwards – move-in date is flexible):
It’s a bright, good-sized double room, fully furnished with:

• Double bed with storage underneath (mattress is only 6 months old)
• Double wardrobe with extra storage above
• Chest of drawers
• Bedside table with drawers
• Space for a desk if you WFH or need extra storage (Desk in images not included).

The flat:

• Spacious shared kitchen: fridge freezer, twin oven, microwave/air fryer, washing machine
• Shared good size living room with dining table and balcony
•Shared bathroom
• Shared public green space & patio - great for BBQs in summer
• Secure parking included
• Bills included
• And yes — Netflix, Apple TV, Disney Plus, Now TV, Prime Video… all set up and ready to go 🍿

It’s a really easy place to live — quiet, safe, and you’ve got everything on your doorstep.
