Free parking, shared front garden, and gated community. The person sharing your bathroom has moved out with no plans of coming back or transferring the tenancy so the bathroom would be yours solely too.
I have already sorted my accommodation for next year which starts at the beginning of July so I’m looking to transfer the lease over to someone else for July and August.
