Tenancy: 1 year - i want to extend my current contract with someone

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy (at least in the living room/kitchen) xxx Preferably a girl, as I'm hoping we could be good friends! I currently work in the care sector. I love going out and staying in, can't go wrong with a glass of wine and a chitchat - I’m easygoing x

The apartment has a balcony and a very pretty view. Just so you know the rooms are not even in size but you have your own ensuit. The apartment block also comes with a terrace (which you can see from our flat), sauna, pool, jacuzzi, gym, cinema room and nice big concierge with work space. It’s in a lovely area, few food spots a couple minutes walk away, big park opposite the road for a walk & supermarkets very local ☺️ it is 15min walk to Deansgate

Parking - there is space on the road to park and some extra a few minutes walk away. There is a parking lot that charges £5 for 24hrs. The apartment does also offer parking which you can pay for.

Transport links - there are lots of busses right outside the building and a train station a 10 minutes walk away. It is a 15 minute walk to spinningfields/deansgate and a 20min walk to the Arndale.

I would like to extend my current tenancy with someone as my flatmate is moving.
