SHORT LET- double room near City Centre Aug/Sep

I’m looking for someone clean, sociable and respectful to take over my current tenancy in a gorgeous and well-kept flat in Salford, which is less than a 5 minutes walk to Deansgate and the city centre!

There are small Tesco and Asda stores less than a minutes walk away, and a larger retail park roughly 15 minutes walk away. There’s also a PureGym and several bars and pubs just around the corner, so the location is incredibly convenient.

The room itself is a double room and comes with the bed, wardrobe and a set of bedside drawers - the drawers are not in the photos, most of the furniture in the pictures is mine, so there will be even more space after I move out 😄 You will be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate ☺️

The flat has an open plan kitchen and living room with a Juliette balcony, which gets a lot of light whenever the sun comes out in Manchester!

The rent is £610, bills are roughly £130 (council tax, water, electricity, wifi), but this can be lower depending on the usage for that month. On-site parking can be purchased for extra. Deposit is 5 weeks rent.

I’m moving out to live closer to Ancoats/NQ but the two flatmates you will live with are amazing! They’re kind, welcoming young professionals and always up for a chat. Cleanliness is very important, and they are looking for female and/or queer flatmates at this moment in time. We regularly have food together and put time aside for reality tv nights 😊 Ideally, you’d be aged between 25-29.
