En suite room available

Hey, a double room with en suite is available from the 19th September (maybe sooner). The flat has all the basic utilities like kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, clothes line, living room, TV etc. The building is called Dock 5 and there’s access to a gym and cinema room included, the gym is pretty decent for apartment gyms tbf. It’s along the canal and near Regent Road Sainsburys and JD gym, Exchange Quay puregym/tram stop and a 12 min walk to cornbrook station.

Bills come to around £220 a month each

As for me, I work as an engineer and spend about 3 days a week in the office, I’m clean, respectful and sociable. Would like a flatmate that is happy to chill out now and again while also wanting their own space as much as I do. I enjoy watching films, playing games, going for walks and going out for a drink now and again. Let me know if you have anymore questions :)
